CURRENT VERSION TODO:
Build cubemaps for LDR.
Fix physic props.
make hole in bathroom wall easier to get across.
Finish placing props in warehouse.
Fix the 3D Skybox ground not merging to the ingame area.
Properly optimize the map to increase performance and fun.

BETA 5 NOTICE
RADAR and NAV are not includes in the map! Radar will not be include until final version.
I have no experience with NAV so anybody kind enough to generate one will be given
proper credit in the Readme and on my website!

Your lighting is excellent. Its a bit dark in your first screen (probably because u want it to be), u might consider turning up the ambient light in that room.
Other then that the map looks excellent. If i find time ill give it a download.
