Welcome to the Redesign!

What is SnarkPit Version 7?

It is the up-and-coming re-design and re-focusing for the website: http://www.snarkpit.net.
----If you are reading this, that means you have chosen or been chosen to be part of the team that helps design and implement the 7th iteration of the SnarkPit from the ground up.----
House Rules:
  • This is a place to freely discuss ideas about the new site re-design. Only ideas, suggestions and work posted here will be considered for the new Pit. Do not expect posts outside of this forum to get looked at and considered.
  • Please no flaming. Do not attack other users. General Forum Decency rules apply. Please see our General Rules Here.
  • For official Status and current consensus on design goals, please look to the 'stickied' topics at the top of this forum.
  • Anyone is invited to contribute!
  • Have Fun! :)
What do I do now?

Start Posting!

--- If you're looking for a jumping-off point, please see the "LATEST UPDATES" for the latest iteration of the manifesto design document. Also, see "ARCHIVED" stickied posts at the top of the forum for past suggestions and comments that were discussed for the version of the Pit you are currently looking at. Some ideas were addressed, but most were not.

--- It would be nice to expect everyone to be on the same page, and there is a lot of reading to do, if you wish to catch-up with the latest topics. I do not expect many people to read recent posts. So if you have an idea, feel free to post without checking. I welcome it, because it gives credence to the popularity of an idea if users are posting similar comments. But we do ask to look at thread titles in the least, before starting a new thread. That will keep the clutter down to a manageable amount.

--- This a public forum; users are free to start discussion threads about their own ideas or comments on posted ideas. If you are starting a thread to comment on a side discussion from a previous thread, be sure to link it in your first post.
