So a few days ago i learned that making a wad, is a piece of p*ss, I saved the Wad and it turned out to be 7 megs, [thats with about 30 textures]. Nearly all of the textures are 512x512 , would it be better to of resized them to 256x256? when i do a final compile, i will be adding the wad in with the bsp, [ -addwad, i think it is. ].
Help aprreciated. :smile:

Well AFAIK, HL gets pissed off if you use textures larger than 256 anyway. I always limit myself to 256x256. But if it works, it works.
The cmd line to include the wad is -wadinclude [wadname], on hlcsg.exe.
