Oh those were the days, cs_ship, de_fang, even cs_thunder! But those are over, and most of them lost, but there are some out there. Well my question is, does any one have a download link for the beta cs patches, or maps? I really want to play them again.

Normally you can find any given map by searching for:
cs_whatever "directory listing"
Found download links to the three maps you mentioned that way. I'm not sure about the beta CS versions, but most file mirrors will never delete anything, so they sould still have them... if not, try the P2P networks, they are usually good for finding old stuff. I think there is a mod called 'cs classic' that incorporates old features and stuff, maybe you could give that a try.

Yea, i found the classic mod on counter-strike.de, the beta one dl link doesn't work, and the beta 2 version has an expired period lol, but i got the maps from beta 3. cherishes zoption
