Lol, im gonna do the roof, and when that looks all nice an stuff, im gonna do 2 floors of office's, but instead of 2 straight floors, its gonna have like...how to explain, a hole in the middle and walkways. Plenty of filing cabinets and glass to nade through. I will then add a slightly smaller floor (just close the rest of the 4th floor off with doors) that contains the elevator, hostage rescure point and CT starting point.

So to answer your question, ummm...most of them.

:D

I wouldn't bother with metal ones, just go for cement, it's easier and no-one's taking notice of the stairs.

What kinda half arsed comment is that!

Besides, who the HELL in their right mind in their right mind would put heavy cement at the top of tall buildings! Metal stairs are the way to stay standing my freind, and they look quite good now, the ones ive come up with are satisfactory. More updates soon

They have big metal ladders where I work

I'd assume they would realistically be cement though. I mean the top of the building itself is cement as it seems - Some stairs won't hurt, if it can support the existing weight of the cement building.
