Ok, I finaly finished my map for HL2 DM.. yet if I look at the sky with a cinderblock on my gravity gun, its crashes to the desktop (over and over.) Please take a look, I worked hard on this map

Hammer VMF : (right click, save target as)

http://angelfire.com/ct3/wcclan/wtf_glass_bugged.vmf

HL2 DM BSP : (right click, save target as)

Please help, maybe its just my computer.

Thanks,

Apparently angelfire doesn't like remote linking  ...wait, why does the bottom link work but not the top?

WTF! is right... crashes to desktop on my system as well.

like the map though, seems it would be real fast-paced, due to the fact you will die in meare seconds :grenade:

Yeeeah, if you could fix that top link somehow that might help.

for some reason (using IE), it thinks that a .vmf file is something it can open, which Angelfire doesnt allow... but if you right-click and select save target, you can download it that way

Uh...heh, guess that does work. Usually when I try that it just downloads the error page.

I was doing some testing, and...it seems like you don't have to be looking at the sky. I was intentionally looking down so that no part of the sky was visible and it still crashed.

EDIT: I deleted your 3d skybox entirely and I couldn't get the game to crash...so there's a lead at least.

Um..yeah, I'm not use to having to do that  From another link on this site that allowed direct linking it would seem that IE can actually load the vmf files like a text file, oddly enough. I wasn't able to figure anything out though, very strange.
