Doesn't look like it...looked through all the props and the closest thing I think would be one of the servers under props_lab, but I dunno if that would work.

The only circuit breaker I could find was the one under props_c17 called substation_circuitbreaker01a. But I highly doubt that is what you are looking for.

Do a texture-filter for props/, there's a couple circuit breaker textures you can just apply to a suitable brush.
