I was wondering if after I open the door can I set something so it will close w/o pressing the use button?

Doors can automatically close after a certain time under the Delay Before Reset property.
If you're looking for a way to just open them up by touching them, go to the properties of the func_door_rotating, select the Flags tab, and make sure "Touch Opens" is checked. That way you don't have to hit the Use button to open the door at all.
