cant find func_x

I can't find any of my func's besidse usable ladder and ladder endpoint is there some update i need or do i need to reinstall sdk or what? I can type in func_button or func_ anything else and it'll come up but i dont see any of them or my triggers in the list. Did i set somethin wrong? Please help!

All the func_ entities are brush-based except for the two you mentioned, which are point based. I would assume your problem is related to that.

I see in the options it says solid entity and it lists the one i couldn't find and then it says point entity and shows me the one i already got so how do i make a solid entity instead of a point entity?

Edit: I tried typing in the name of the entity i wanted, func_breakable_surf and it went to it but then deleted the entity. For some reason i cant spawn any solid entities and i dont have a list of them. If i try to type in the name of any solid entity or use any triggers they disappear off the level. Please help if u no somethin about this.

To make a brush-based entity, make a regular block, and then click "Tie to Entity"
