I need help on How to create an imagry of motion using patterns of
shapes. Small to large , large to small , spiral maybe? i dont want an
exact way to do it as that would be cheating , i just would like a few
techniques on how to create this Motion imagry.

my idea is using a swirl of something from large to small or having
them all point in one direction. this is due the day after tommorow = /
and im lost on ideas.

I have no idea what you're talking about, can you explain this just a tad better?

I have to create many objects that simulation motion in one direction.

Such as like a bunch of orbs going in a spiral getting smaller and
smaller proportionally as they are closer to the center , giving the
illusion that they are moving away. There are suppossedly many
techniques to achive this "feeling" of motion.

Oh right. If you had a bunch of shapes getting successively darker would simulate motion but other than that, I don't know how you'd achieve this effect.

train tracks coming towards you, the starfield screensaver thingy, a backdrop of hills moving slowly to the side with another layer of hills closer moving a little faster with some telegraph poles shooting past fast. look at some cartoons. they use lots of tecniques.

Put the memory lines in- like a very faint outline of where it just was before kinda. Or blur the back of it to the background.

Well i turned in the assignment , and for art 1 my teacher seemed
mildly impressed ... considering i did it in the last 20 minutes of
class = /. I still think it looks interesing . She said that i'd
get a good grade because i achieved what she wanted. So i feel
relativly good about it  . I think ill scan it in and put it up on my
site by tommorow.
