path_track speeds not reading

I have a func_tracktrain and 2 path_tracks. One path_track sets the
speed to 200, one sets it to 5. (for a test speed) The problem is that
it stays at 200, so I'm guessing it's not reading the path_track set to
'5'

If anyone has experience with this at all, help is appreciated.

Also, the func_tracktrain is being triggered by a func_button. The outputs are 'OnIn' = Stop 'OnOut' = StartForward.

In the Flags tab of the func_tracktrain make sure no rot and no user control are selected.
