to use lethal force is not guaranteed by the law in the USA.. if you must shoot someone, you had better have them inside your abode and have reasonable doubt as to your life being threatened..

another myth is, you can set traps to capture people who are being a nuisance.. if any traps lead to harm, YOU go to jail as well as them.. no questions asked.

there are many myths about the law and how people interpret them..

The best things in life, aren't things.

Our laws are full of hilarious loopholes Orph, for example, one guy
tried to break into a bar one night and the SUED AND WON against their
health and safety measures.

Its this exact climate that breeds what Smidsy and I call spides and English call chavs;

kids who, if they even thought they would get a kicking would run a
mile from you are totally informed about the law, and juvenile laws,
and how to get round them. I wouldn't mind if these were our hard, hard
men, but they aren't. I'm talking ones around and below 18 who know
that they can be the s**t out of us, but the law states we can't hit
them. If they were fighters you could do something about them, they
aren't.

These scumbags hide behind the laws enough that they can get away with
attacking you but YOU get done for hitting them. Luckily noone,
especially not the police like being made a joke out of by people right
across from them, thats why SHE went. But we have this terrible problem
of 'legal criminals' that randomly attack and yet are the first ones to
press charges against YOU!

If you meet one in the street they run, but in a group they would knife
you then twist laws against you. It is these types we have in the UK
and Northern Ireland, the type with NO honour amongst theives. I
remember a certain one carrying a massive blade with him all the time
and when he finally got his come-uppance he lay in hospital gloating
how he'd spend his compensation money! SHE went and supposedly
overdosed. She never did. She walked out once it was recorded, but it
was recorded. So now she looks like a poor poor nutter.

But not in a million years would I agree to arming everyone (not just
here, I mean anywhere) some people need help, others need a good seeing
to. The cowards that hide in the grey area are the worst.

lol, there is however a law on anyone under 18 carrying or even owning
a blade larger than 6 inches, and how thats a commitable offense, and
anyone over 18 its a 12 inch blade i think, there is also very strict
rules on the possession of bows and arrows and air rifles, fnormal
rifles have to be locked in a safe in a lisenced club, and the doors
have to be locked to the club while the safe is unlocked...

theres some f*cking a**holes around my area too, its not so bad in a
village, but a good friend of mine got beaten up by a load of chavs
with several large lumps of wood, he already had 6 asbos for the
majority of the town, and was on his final warning, i just hope the
f*cking kid will go to jouvy, hopefully, and he hasnt got much running
for him either
