Ok, I've made a little Faceposer scene. All it has is an NPC opening his eyes slowly, as if waking up. The scene appears fine in Faceposer (all I've done is setup an actor ("ant") and added a flex animation for the eyes.

I've setup the logic_cheoreograph_scene, specified the scene file and added the npc_citizen with the name of "ant" (as specified by the tutorial on HL2World). However, when I trigger it in-game, the scene doesn't occur.

What am I missing? Is it something within Faceposer or Hammer? There isn't a lot of documentation on this (read: good documentation) so it's been rather difficult trying to to figure it out.
Signature? Screw that.

might be a .vcd file you need to put in the scenes directory steamapps/name/halflife2/hl2/scenes i think.
