Select it
Now, either hit 'delete' or rename it to something else

anything outside the GCF files is okay to delete. If it isn't custom content, then you wont lose anything (save files are custom content), since the "untouched" files will be extracted from the GCF files next time you go to run it.
Blame it on Microsoft, God does.
