Ok most of you remember my fourm about the RDRAM and yea so I decided
hmmm what if I go buy me a new MOBO so I was looking at Newegg.com and
I saw motherboards but for the cpu they say CPU Type: Intel
Pentium 4 Prescott/Celeron.........My CPU is a northwood core.....would
it be compliant with these motherboards? Thanks in advanced!

The origional? Such as the N64 version? No For the HL1 Mod No only for
the HL2 as I had learned how to level design in october of 2004 if I
remember correctly.

What, SuperCobra, aka. BadDog? I doubt it

To find an answer to your question, you can either use Google, or look at the socket number/type for the motherboard (it should say "socket-478" or something; if not, Google for the motherboard name) and see if it's the same for your Northwood. Chances are, the answer is "yes" if it's socket-478, I think, though double check on the motherboard manufacturer's website.

Yea, look at the mobo's manufactor site, they will tell you what they support. Socket isn't everything, the bios may not support your CPU's feature.
