HI ALL!

I need some help. Does anybody know what I would need to make a
movie clip in one of these formats AVI, MOV, QT, or MPEG-1
format? I want to make a movie of a some maps that I have
made for HL2. You know just some gameplay clips etc. If anybody can
help me I would appreciate it.
