Looks fair, but it lacks a good background. Add some buildings to the 3D skybox.
Also, the lighting doesn't really have character, it's too bland and generic I think. Other than that, it's fine for what it is, though the theme is quite overused by now. What's exactly the goal of this map? Any more specific theme's in mind rather than just creating another industry/city map?
I'd say a harbour is already a more specific theme, or a specific type of factory (you could consider using a 'high' type of factory, rather than running around on the ground you could be running around on the roofs and conveyor belts, or stacks of rubble or whatever the factory processes).

All in all, I think this is too generic for a map. Most people have gotten bored of the city17 look by now.

It's looking good, shaping up quite nicely. The one thing I hope
you do is put something in the T spawn. That big empty space is
pretty annoying.

You said your trying to recreate backalleys in City 17, may I suggest you play HL2 SP again and take some pictures as reference for architectural stylings and texturing etc. Also try using google earth to make a map layout based off another city (cunning idea I formulated earlier).

The light environment strikes me as too yellow... and is there any way you could add more color variation?<br style="color: white;">
