You make them an entity (move to entity, or whatever that option is), then there are many entities that move, or you can then parent them to entities that move.
There are plenty of examples of this all over the place. A train tutorial would illustrate it pretty well, you can do exactly that (not including the rally points) but with many other entities. I'm not going to list what they are, however.
But, if you'd explain how you want the brush to move I could elaborate and give suggestions on what to use? For example, if you want it to go back and forth you could do a couple things, one of which is making it a func_move_linear (or whatever that one is, if that's what you want I can look up the name). There's rotating entities and physics entities too. Not to mention doors (which can move linearly in any direction or rotate on an axis) ... really endless possibilities.
Give some more information, in any case.
