switch teams after each round

<span style="color: white;">I am making a map and I want to make it so that at the end of each round the teams will swap spawns. I have seen a tutorial for it before, so I know it can be done, but I am having trouble finding that tutorial again. So if anyone knows how to do this or knows the location of the tutorial that would be very helpful.</span>
