Just like to let everyone know about the files I uploaded. They are reconstructions of turrets found in Half-Life. Here are some direct links.

Good work hl_world. Its nice to know that there are still some half-life 1 mappers on snarkpit.

Thanks. It's been a while since I was last mapping for HL1. I prefer the textures of the original game to Half-Life 2. They seem to be far more versatile. If only they had normal mapping and render targets. Guess I'll have to wait for Black Mesa Source.

Anyway, the entities (like ambience_generic and env_shake) that are in the .map files are set up just as they were in HL. There are also more reconstructions on the way.
