Making a Fence

Hi all I want to make a fence in hammer but am a complete novice. I have searched but cant find exactly what im after. I have seem how to shoot through a fence etc but how do i make one? i.e. do i use the box tool and texture it to a fence then apply the proporties because i tried that and cant find a fence texture if you could help i would be really greatful.

Hi solved the problem hammer wouldnt let me find the fence textures. restarted hammer and its showing them now.

In many cases just making a thin brush and texturing it accordingly is the easiest way to do it, but if you want any more detail you should probably add prop entities using a fence model instead of building it with brushes.
