:rolleyes: can someone tell me why my radio sound doesnt work in map cellarrats. it used too and now it doesnt. also i would like to know how i can change the song it plays. thx MR_LOUSY

I think requiring people to go through the Map Editing resources to post a topic in Half-Life Editing isn't have it's desired effect, and people might just get lazy and post in inappropriate places.
And Mr_Lousy, we need more information than that to even dream of what the problem is. To change the sound or "song", change the path to a different .wav (the song you want to play), but make sure the .wav fits the HL specifications (8 bit, 11025, with cue points at the beginning and end) and you must distribute it with your map or else your sound won't play.

Making your own sounds is a real bitch, best to download ready made HL ones. The cue points is the annoying part of them...

A buddy of mine made that map actually. You need to make sure you still have the .wav file in the correct location. If you want a new song to be played from it just move the old .wav file and replace it with anouther, rename the wav file the same as the one you removed. Rev, the author may have used a .wav file from another maps designated sound folder so I really don't know where you should look exactly.
