I'm from brazil, living in a lovely city called Curitiba. It's not so hot here because I'm in the southwest part of the country but because of the global warming it's becoming a very unstable area... sometimes it's very hot :P

So, about me, I have 19 years old and I'm just starting to make my graduation in computer science!

I like Mapping for fun like a hobby and... well, It's just cool. I always liked to mount Lego bricks and maybe that's probably why I like to map.

Feel Free to ask me about level design or something of the like via PM, MSN, ICQ... whatever. Talking others topics are allowed too :P

A Terrorist group is preparing to invade the Hurgland Natural park. Their intention is to destroy the ancient fortress or the great lighthouse using C4 explosives, in retaliation to Lord Hurg becoming the new president.

The counter-terrorist team is en route to intercept the terrorists and eliminate the threat.

In this map you will be presented with a large amount of land, exotic terrain and beautiful beaches. Watch out for enemies in all directions - it's quite easy to get hit by an AWP shot!

Plan your tactics well, this map was designed to put the player in some awkward situations. This is not a normal map - so spend some time getting used to it!

OBS1: Type "r_detailtextures 1" to activate the detail textures!
OBS2: Feel Free to find the easter eggs! They're very cool.

Beside it's a little blocky, this map has the largest combat areas ever seen in a half-life death match map! And at the same time, you can still enjoy great looks and some "macro" details in it!

To add more value, there were some gameplay concepts put on it. The best is on the big variety of strategy to attack your enemy, there are many places to get cover, hire and aim.

All the players starts at the city. The idea is to climb up the mountain to get the gauss, good to move trough all the land; the crossbow - excellent to camp and shoot your enemies in the larger areas of the landscape; or maybe, pick-up the e-gon and the rocket launcher, which are good to re-establish control over the mountain.

Another cool factor is the Solar effects, done by special use of various sprites.
All the weapons of the game are present in it, btw, you start with two Trip mines and a little of ammo for the machine gun and shotgun.

This is not a very common style of map. First, all the players starts on the sea, they fall from the sky and go straight to the water. Then, begins a frenetic race to one of the ramps because all players starts with only 6 shots of magnum, not even a crowbar!

After all this craziness, the players will have to make a mega jump using one of the "body accelerators", to access the second island.

Now, the player can choice to go trough the tower, where he will find a rocket launcher and will be able to walk all over the map with ease. Or he could chose to use one of the goods hidden there.

And, for last, there are many secrets, one of then is a Gauss and the other one plays Iron Maiden!
