I'm a young male from southern Germany born in 1984. I developed a affinity to computerwork at the age of about 15. Pretty late actually...even then. I have played Half-Life for quite a time when I first joined a local LAN-Group. Somwhen we discovered Worldcraft. But I didn't get along with it. As the years passed by my affinity to play games on my PC decreased slowley. Now I use it more for leisure, digital arts; and shortly mapping (again).
In about 2003 I started to map my flat - just for practice..... But I soon stopped. I was just way too unskilled.
When I have had some problems with Worldcraft, I searched the net for some information and stepped on SnarkPit. Which was a tremendous help - and still is. The knowledge of the forums is almost infinite.
I decided to leave my flat-map alone and start a new one. Like a personal trial or tutorial map.
And thats the actual state....

After graduating from school I did a few very different things. I worked as a dance instructor (latin and standard) and as an edjucator. I also worked in the UK as a Personal Assistant. This work was very demanding and left me only short time for myself. But I started to work again on my map. It's slowly getting better, and bigger and i'm wondering to where it may lead.....

The name Crapceeper just came up when I signed up at SnarkPit. I was in a very bad mood at that particular moment.

Some kind of "shifted reality". This means the environment in the map is actually part of another world. Or better: It's a world inside another world.
It is about a house surrounded by cliffs. Also you will be able to enter a space ship like environment.

This was the first attempt to create a HL map. About three people tried working on it - but failed because of a huge lack of experience, time and energy.
The map originally was about two facing bunkers, one of them almost destroyed. That's all we had in mind at that time. I think the original files have been deleted.
