Perhaps add some hills or a place to hide from fire, I hate to spawn in an open area with no where to hide.

Looks like its going to lack some vertical gameplay as leperous pointed out. Maybe add a house with a porch that looks out?

Without playing it (I can't) I can tell you this probably won't work, unless you put some buildings up on the hill overlooking the sea!

It looks good and I think you should finish it cause it looks like a bit of work went into this.
