Came across
this
article. Very interesting. Mayhap it could lead to beating
HIV?

I also heard something about them having a drug that cures AIDS, anyone know?

As far as I know the "treatment" they have works, it just takes a very long time. I know Magic Johnson is "cured".

But I know it isn't "a" drug. It's many, with a specific treatment plan. Just because, as far as I know, AIDS is tailored for each person it infects, which is why they can't simply cure it ... as far as I was taught anyway.

I'm sure, satch, or someone else can give a better more informative explaniation ... (perhaps a correct one  )
Blame it on Microsoft, God does.

Here in SA we have the highest HIV rate. 1 in 3 people have HIV. But
thats a average. If you looked at decent areas, proberly 1 in 200.
I would love to change the world, But they would'nt give me the source code.

Yup.

Personally I wouldn't want to know. I've never had a HIV test (it
doesn't look fun), so I'll happily live in ignorance and spread the
love...

the way you said that makes me wonder what one goes through to test for HIV. I would have thought it was a simple blood test.
