I found this article somewhere today.

http://old.wheresthebeef.co.uk/show.php/guide/2600_Guide_to_Internet_Piracy-TYDJ.txt

Considering the recent discussion in another thread about piracy I
thought this may be interesting to people who want to learn more about
how the system works.

It's an interesting read so go through it to get some perspective on
the "evilness" of the entire scene. It's not as cut-and-dry as most
people seem to think it is, and it shows the RIAA/MPAAs actions in a
new light.

Gotta say the majority of what that says there is true, especially about release groups. They can be incredibly paranoid. P2p isnt all that bad, just mostly virus'd

<span style="color: silver;">Oh! and a warez internet series! Now I have two to watch! Pure Pwnage and The Scene!.

Edit:
I have watched the First two episodes of The Scene. Slow, but original,
and pretty intriguing. I wonder how much of it is scripted, and how
much of it is improvised. Either way, I will continue to watch. thanks
for the sugg. Gwil! Good stuff.
