It's so difficult when you people on the other side of the planet ask for computer hardware help and put price points down.
I'd say, "no problem, it's cheap", but I don't know how much it costs for anything locally for you. The sites I know of also don't ship worldwide.
But, if you want an idea, 250GB hard drives (Maxtor and Western Digital with 3-5 year warranties) run for well under $100USD here. So do your silly conversion and mark up and see if that sounds good to you as a starting price. Then find some place that actually sells and ships to your domain.

Newegg doesn't ship overseas. He'd have to have someone buy it for him then ship it through FedEx or something.

Get a Seagate Barracuda ST3500630AS.
It's 500GB at 7200 RPM with a 16MB Cache and SATA 3.0Gb/s interface (can clock down) with a 5 Year warranty (might not help you much) and is running for about $120 USD.
