Nothing is showing up!

Whenever I try to make a brush, nothing shows up in the any
of the views. I?ve tried the ?Show textured polygons? option and all of that,
but it still doesn?t work. I?m also having the same problem with the Source SDK
Hammer, but I want to focus on HL1 mapping for now.

Any help would be appreciated.

Weird, the only thing I can think of is that your using the select tool instead of the brush tool when your trying to make a box. Try Pressing [Shift] + [B] then create your box, once you have the right shape that you want, hit Enter.

It worked! I was sure that I was using the brush tool, I just didn't know that I had to press Enter. Thanks!

You can also right click and click on the create object option...
