I don't think you'll get a satisfactory answer to that one. It's just the way people are. For your own sanity, just stay the hell away from the steam forums.

They aren't really that mad at you.
Then again, anybody who uses Steam is bound to have pent up a lot of rage and frustration.

Hee I've seen the mario movie too. It's kinda sad that anyone would spend that long on such a simple game. Unless of course they wrote some sort of AI for it.

Thanks man, thanks. . . . . .lol
Yeah, at this point, I don't really care though (even though that question wasn't directed at me) Think about it, to study mario 3 and make a video that close to games actual game play deserves credit alone, maybe not as much credit as being a badass in the firstplace, but quite a bit nonetheless.

Newfangled Tetris games... I guarantee several of those moves are impossible in classic NES or Gameboy Tetris.

I think it's level 9 because the last I saw it was '803' and the first level started at '000'.
I'm assuming that the game speed is set to uber fast though (death mode). I feel sorry for the poor guys thumbs afterwards, unless they were robotic hands, and it was actually a computer doing the thinking (aha!)

yeah, however, at the very beggining it seems to be normal and the video speed speeds up about half-way though. . . Maybe its for the sake of the viewer, so they don't get bored?

I thought the speed increase was due to 'leveling up' to make the game harder, no?

No, if you look at the right half of the video you can tell its being sped up. He's moving unnaturally fast, and there's no or little blur (I can't remember which).
