Nice and tight, good atmosphere. I liked that the monitor was the only ambient sound, and the dynamic light draws attention to it as if someone was just there. I kept wanting to use the dam-grate thing as a way up to the floor, but there is a ledge in the way.
It's hard to say how this would play, its about the smallest it can get without losing hiding\reload spots.
For some reason I did not get stellar FPS for such a small map, down to 43 while standing in the water area.

This map is very well made. The only suggestion I have is size. As is, it's a great 1 or 2 on 2 map but no more. Also, when you come up the ladder out of the sewer tunnel, theres a brush of sunlight or haze or something that seems out of place. Otherwise I saw no problems. Great job.
