Extract the contents of this zip to your Call Of Duty 4
Folder (example: C:\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\usermaps\mp_subway)
and put the .ff files in the mp_subway folder
You must create this folders:usermaps,mp_subway.
