Hey peeps, well under way with a top secret map project

Just curious what the best option for dealing with the hundreds of hidden faces, they will all be a a single texture that I will replace when im finished. Does 'No Draw' remove then from the loop completely? Also hollow unused spaces, will they be more efficient if filled out?

Thanks for reading  Any tips or further comments on map efficiency would be gratefully recieved, Im planning to max out out on physics props.

Yes, nodraw completely culls faces. You don't need to hollow unused spaces as long as they are "air-tight" so to speak. This will prevent vis from seeing them, thus they will be culled automatically. Maxing out on physics is a noble goal, but I wouldn't advise it. It will likely kill your cpu to have all that stuff flying around and besides, they are so gimmicky!

You don't need to put nodraw on faces outside of the map as they won't be rendered anyway.
