I'd like to have multiple shadow_control entities so I can have shadows looking like they're coming from my sun in outdoor areas, and going straight down in indoor areas (since most of my indoor lighting is directly above). I tried putting more than one shadow_control entity in my map, but in-game it only seemed to pay attention to the last one I added.

Is there any way to make this work? Or do I just need to set an average shadow direction/color and use it across the entire map?

The shadow_control is a hack disigned to set shadows acroos the entire
map. So, no, it won't work that way. But, you could try
settting up your lights correctly so that the shadows go in the right
direction anyway.

Good luck, and if this answered your problem, please click the "This
answered my problem" button, or whatever it says. (Nobody done it for
me yet... )
