Pretty sure this should go in here.. I'm having trouble getting GCFscape to run. After installing it I try to run it and it gives me this error. Anybody know what it means?

Do you have the .NET framework installed? Kind of crappy, I know, but he wrote it in .NET with libraries that are provided in the framework.

Someone else is writing a similar program called HL2 Studio or something, which does the same thing as GCFScape and doesn't need the .NET framework, and can view VTM files, play sounds, etc. etc. inside... still a bit buggy but I'll be sure to put up a link when it's a bit easier to use

GCF can play sounds inside, you just double click the file.

Hate to say it but I have no clue what the .net framework is, let alone whether I have it installed. Is there a site where I can download it maybe? I just want to edit my lights.rad file.

Yes, Nem has a link to it on the GCF page ... Or he used to ...

"If you only want to run applications built using the .NET Framework 1.1, download the .NET Framework 1.1 from Microsoft Windows Update." Says the bastards who made it.

*cough*garbage*cough*
