Hey All

When playing through HL2 EP1 and 2 I'm sure I've seen an exit sign model but I can't find it in the model browser.
Can anyone tell me if I dreamt it or if it actually exists and what it's called?

I think I've seen it in Counter-Strike Source as well, but I think it's a texture and not a model
