I can't get connected to any xbox live games in modern warfare 3. It keeps saying that it found 0/36 godd games for example.
I have very slow internet speed but Halo 4 works very well though, so any ideas why modern warfare doesn't work? Thanks.

Doesn't it use matchmaking? It might not find people on the same skill level, maybe. Or it's bandwidth requirements could be different than Halo's. Do you have trouble connecting with other games?
Blame it on Microsoft, God does.
