How do I get an image I have and turn it into a spraypaint? O and how do I change an images file type like turning it from a .jpg to a .jpeg cause on my website its not showing up.

Wally texture editor. Textures have to be edited in paint first to multiples of 16x16 pixels. or 16x16 units in VHE if you want to put it that way. THen save it in your spraypaint.wad file

to rename a file rightclick on it click rename and change the extension to jpeg

i dont use a custom spray any more. but i read that with the introduction of steam, there was a change in how it should be named.
isn't it meant to be tempdecal.wad now?
