Why does the zip have a .map file? If you want to release a serious map, compile it first :/

you obviously already compiled it since you're in the map in the screen shots.
You've confused the bsp with the .map.
map files are what are used for editing and compiling. The bsp is final compiled product (which is sitting in your maps directory under half-life).

I'm sorry if I sound harsh, but as this is your first map, there is
little reason in releasing it online. Most people keep their maps to
themselves until they reach a level of experience that they can create
something worthwhile for people to play. While there doesn't look to be
anything wrong with this for a first map, it just doesnt seem like
something anybody will bother playing.
If people do criticise you for it, don't let it put you off though -
everyone has to start somewhere after all  Good luck as you learn to
map!
