Hey.
I got the model called "models/props_lab/elevatordoor.mdl". And it has one idle animation, one open animation and one closed animation.
I now put it on close with a prop_dynamic (wich I think is the best prop to use?), when I press a buton I want the door to open and stay open unless I press the button again.
The changing animation should be simple with some sort of entity, no? But what about it staying open, since there is no animation that resembles an idle open door.
GImme your thoughts!!

Why not try using a script_sequence? I do not know if it will work on props, but it is worth a try.
