Basically I know how to make a physical rotating door that you can
break down. But I want this door to be able to be triggered from a
button, not the user opening it. How do I set this up? I can either get
it breakable but it doesn't open, or it opens and it doesn't break.

Ok, uh, give the door a name, some amount of health, and make sure Use Opens and Touch Opens are unchecked...

Giving a func_door_rotating health doesn't make it breakable. In fact,
I'm not sure what it does, it doesn't seem to have any affect at all.

How about a very small func_rotating door with a func_breakable that makes up the actual door, with your small Func_rot door as its parent? If you want a door to be triggered have a button with the correct output (should only need one)
