I'm guessing this may be a problem "Static prop
models/props/de_dust//du_window_4x8_square.mdl outside the map
(1438.00, -3429.00, -1328.35)"

Fixing those findportalside errors wouldn't hurt, although thats not causing the problem I dont think.

Not a problem.. just go to tools... find cooridnates.. and copy

(1438.00, -3429.00, -1328.35)

in there.. and it will show you exactly where it is

or you can open hammer, go to map>load pointfile and hammer will
draw a red line to your problem. Move/delete or if the red line
is running thru a hole in a wall, fill the hole.

that is what happens when hammer cant tell the diffrence between the
inside and out side of your map. In lamen terms, it means you
have a leak.

run oyur point file, fix the error (move an entity back inside your map, or fix a hole in the wall) and then compile again.
