i have had this problem too, usually it was because of textures, thats all i can say.

Are those textures you are using intended for models or props, if so use a different texture, one without \model\texturename as you cannot use them on normal world brushes as they us a different lighting model.

As a rule of thumb, if you have lighting errors check for model in the texture name. This question comes up a lot and I think it should be addressed in a sticky.
