I've always wanted to play my favorite map from UT2004 in HL2DM, but it
was never made. I decided to take it as an additional project.

I have to make all the "models" that were in UT by hand with hammer (I like it btw  , all those boxes etc.)

Since the map itself is a small one, it is going to be a real high
detail one. No displacements, just blocks, so that it will really going
to get a high polycount.

Expect few screens soon... at least when I manage to do the main room
 (you know... the one with the three floors and the lava... no?)

So... comments, anyone, thoughts?

This is Deck17.

I didn't find any other pics from net, but I do have loads of them in my PC.

I just love this map and want to play it in HL2DM. Even if others don't
like it, it still improves my skill  (I always think, if something
fails... I just think that I managed to improve my skills and find a
way that it should not be done what I did).

UT maps are always good inspiration, but not lot of them are remade for
other engines. They have too much darn detail there and can be
succeeded with models though, but as I am not much into modelling, I
cannot really do anything  (basically, I like the HL1 style mapping
much more, except for displacements).
