I bought my copy of HL2 from Fry's for $35 last year. It was a good deal then.

But I saw an ad on today's newspaper selling it for $19. From the website, it's going for $29, which is still pretty darn good.

If anyone hasn't bought it yet, here is a good opportunity to get it on a good deal.

[Edit]: I noticed that Circuit City is selling it for even less on their website.

This is because of that lawsuit. All Vivendi versions have to be gotten rid of. But technically all copies of anything Valve that was distributed under Vivendi was suppose to be off the shelves at the end of August.

Seriously, buying it over steam is still the "best bang for your buck" method. I wish I did it that way :cry:

Oh and, the EA versions have already shipped. Target carries them. They look pathetic. Honestly, they look like they're counterfeit versions.
