As you all well know, I have been crying endlessly of late because of my new 56k connection. As you are also aware, I pointed out recently that we are in short supply of decent critiques.
Since I can no longer play deathmatch on line, I would like to have something else to do.
Does anyone have any maps they wish looked at? Perhaps if I get the ball rolling again others will join in. Perhaps I am over-stating my contribution but what can it hurt.
You will only have to understand that being on 56k will limit my ability to upload massive screens.
Also, what would be the best format to illustrate a good critique here?

There are reviews which are somewhere deep within this site. Find those. And base your critiques on that.

You want me to write a critique in HTML? Thats asking a bit much isn't it?
I figured I'd post some screens and a few words. I didn't think I would have to create a whole page.
No wonder nobody is doing them.

No thats not what I mean. I mean you could follow the format of
those map reviews. And for the record, doing it the same was as
that is not hard or time consumming at all.
Copy (or recreate) the format and save it as a .HTML file in your
pit. And everytime you review a new map, you just have to edit
your template and save a new copy.

Still sounds a bit OTT. A critique should not be work but fun.
Perhaps thats why there are so few.
I will look into a format I can live with on my connection.

Well dont forget a critique is a lot more than just a "good work, keep it up!"
The way I see it, critiques are for works in progress. Reviews
are for finished products. In the end, they are the same thing.
