anyways, i have to appologize to everyone, i am on the phone as i type, trying to solve the issue with the slow connection speeds..

this account usually holds at a steady 100k per, but for the last 12 hours or so it has dropped to about 1k per, so far the tech's are stumped.. i will keep you posted..
