What song is this?

I was watching a TV show called "Saved" on TNT. I heard a song at the end of the episode and I want to know what song it was. All i have is a bit of info about it.

The episode name is called "Triage" and the song was a man singing with guitar and other strings instruments.
for search purposes, I will include the particles in quotes that I know for sure are word-for-word.

I went to the official site of the show and they happened to have a "playlist" link. but the site is in Macromedia Flash, so it didnt get picked up by the text spider of Google!!
