Small_fullbright_screen_city?
But honestly  : add a larger screenshot, light your map properly so we can actually make out the architecture and show us some angles that are a bit more informative. I only see one small, yellow building and a grey something that appears to be a street hidden behind a large tree. Completely anonymous.

I was just writing a post about how we need a bigger screenshot when I discovered a larger version in his profile; visit the map's info page and click the thumb (he linked to the thumb instead of the full size).
Okay, so I see a fullbright road. You should really add lighting to this, even if it's just initial lighting (light_env is a good way to get lighting set up quickly all over the place). Everything could use more detail.. there are bare streets save for a single bench in the middle of the sidewalk - it should be moved, since you don't usually see benches in that kind of place. I can't tell what that is behind the tree, looks like a small store or kiosk. The yellow boxes? This must be a hammer shot, are those unspecified props?
The building looks rather plain, just some windows. Hm. You could try extruding these a bit, giving them windowsills, overhangs, or different textures (maybe some broken or damaged windows).
What are these gray things in the back?
Keep filling things in and give us more screenshots (none from Hammer, please.. they're always fullbright and ugly)

Yea, I think this map is just to early for any sort of feedback. It's listed at 6% which shows that the autor's aware of the map being in a very early state...
The only thing I can suggest so far is starting to work on the background to give the map some debth. Also try adding a landmark of sort, something that stands out from the rest, something people will remember this map for.
