I was wondering if there is a way to convert a counter-strike map to half life?

If yes please share info with me :smile:

I'm not 100% sure, but I think you might be able to use something like ripent or bspedit to remove the T and CT spawns and place DM spawn points and pickups.

There are a couple of entities in Counter-Strike that aren't in Half-Life 1 I beleive.
But since most Counter-Strike maps are fairly small, why don't you try and sketch out the layout, and make them yourself for Half-Life, might be good practice and a nice experience trying to re-create someone else's map.
Also that way you could maybe add npcs/creeps into the maps.

Or if you wish it to be a death match map, you could add some death match spawns like Baron von Snickers suggested.

I always think you learn a more valuable lesson by re-creating something than by just plain stealing / converting something.
